2010

I thought it would be a good idea to look back on this year and try to remember some of the experiences I have been through....so, here goes!

1. I went to Detroit, Michigan with a group of kids from church for national Fine Arts. Those kids are truly some of the most amazing people I know. They all showed so much dedication and perseverance and really earned the honors they received at the local, state, and national level. I can't wait to see what this year holds for them.
2. Law school...enough said, haha! Needless to say, thus far, law school has been the most trying and stressful experience of my life. However, pending some good grades next week, I would say it's been worth it. We'll see how I feel about it this time next year :)
3. Tony and I had our first wedding anniversary. I can't believe we've already been married over a year. It still feels like our wedding was just last week. He is truly my best friend, and I have more fun with him than I could have ever imagined....if our first year flew by this fast, I'm sure we'll be celebrating our 10th anniversary in the blink of an eye!
4. Tony and I were given the position of junior high youth pastors at our church. Being a youth pastor is Tony's biggest dream, and I know this is going to be a great opportunity for both of us to grow in Christ and will take us a step closer to reaching God's ultimate plan for us.

These are just a few of the experiences 2010 brought my way. I'm sure 2011 will be a big year and will hopefully be even better than 2010. Happy New Year!
